Windows 10 / 11
Already have Windows installed?
- Open Settings > System > Activation.
- Click Change product key.
- Enter the 25-character key from your order email and click Next.
- Restart your PC if asked. Done.
Installing Windows from scratch? Download the official media creation tool from the software publisher’s website, create a USB installer, and enter your key when the setup asks for it.
Office 2021 / 2024, Project, Visio
- Uninstall any other Office version or trial on your PC first (Settings > Apps).
- Download the installer using the link in your order email.
- Run the installer and wait for it to finish.
- Open any app, such as Word. When asked, enter your 25-character key.
- Done — the license is permanent for that PC.
Phone activation (if online activation fails)
- In the activation window, choose activate by telephone.
- Note the Installation ID shown on screen.
- Send it to us at support@mylicensesoftware.com and we will reply with the Confirmation ID, or follow the on-screen phone instructions.
Common errors
