MyLicense Protect is an optional extended warranty you can add to any product for a small one-time fee at checkout.
What it covers
- If your license key stops working for any reason within 5 years of purchase, we will send you a replacement key free of charge.
- If we cannot provide a replacement, we will refund the full price you paid for the product and the warranty.
- Free help with reinstalling and reactivating your software, for example after you replace your PC’s drive.
What it does not cover
- Moving the license to a different PC if the product license does not allow transfers.
- Problems caused by hardware that does not meet the product’s system requirements.
How to make a claim
Email support@mylicensesoftware.com with your order number and a screenshot of the error. We reply within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Without the extended warranty, every purchase is still covered by our standard 30-day activation guarantee.
