Where do I find my Installation ID?
Windows
- Press Win + R, type
slui 4and press Enter. - Select your country or region.
- The Installation ID is shown on screen in 9 groups of numbers.
Office
- Open Word or Excel and choose Activate by telephone in the activation wizard.
- Select your country or region.
- Copy the Installation ID shown in step 2 of the wizard.

Is this free?
Yes. It’s free for customers with a completed order on our store.
How many times can I use it?
One request per license key purchased. If you need another one, just email support@mylicensesoftware.com.
How long does it take?
Usually a few seconds, sometimes up to a minute. If the activation server is busy, our team will email it to you instead.
The Confirmation ID didn’t work. What now?
Make sure you entered it in the same activation window that showed your Installation ID. If you restarted the wizard, the Installation ID may have changed – send us the new one.
